Upscale Care is a leading provider of mental health and disability support services in New South Wales. With over 20 years of combined expertise, Upscale Care is committed to its purpose of enabling an independent and positive future for people living with mental illness and disabilities. Upscale Care is also a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider, with over 20 specialist across NSW spread across 5 locations.
We provide Support Workers and other allied health professionals to enable our clients to live as independently as possible. Our services include: Allied Health Services, Support Coordination, Behaviour Support, and more. We believe in working closely with the individual, their family and carers, professionals, and any other stakeholders in their life, to deliver high quality support services suited to their unique needs.

Specialist Support Coordination
The role of a Specialist Support Coordinator is to connect participants with an NDIS plan to supports and services in the community.
Behaviour Support
Specialist Behavioural Intervention assists customers to reduce the risk of harmful behaviours and supports positive outcomes.
